It’s probably no coincidence that Illini infielder David Kerian is featured in the photo of the article. Kerian is hitting .300 for the season and has 17 stolen bases and 46 runs scored. By the way, he’s listed as playing third base so we may have a successor to Brandon Hohl when things pick up in the spring.
