Matt Dittman had the proof in the pudding in his hands in the form of the Tournament Trophy.

Thanks to the Dugout Club’s John Santas who I think pulled this all together.  The guys looked pretty tired but I think they really appreciated it.

[update] it turns out that Coach Snider’s family and friends had a lot to do with the decorating and organizing of the event.  Thanks to them!

Welcome back, guys!  Get some rest.

Looking Forward

The host schools for the Regionals have already been announced.  You’ll find the list on the NCAA site.   ESPN will broadcast the Regionals Selection Show which will determine Illinois’ placement at 11:30 am CT Monday.

Speaking of NCAA, here’s a nice article on Illinois’ title win and Tournament win on their web site heavily featuring Corey Kimes.
