Illini players Brandon Wikoff and Pete Cappetta were honored for their efforts in last weekend’s BIG EAST/ Big Ten Challenge down south.
CollegeBaseball360 chose Wikoff for the All-Tournament Team. He went 5 for 12 with six runs and .588 OBP.
Cappetta was chosen for the Honorable Mention All-Tournament Team. He went 5 for 11 with a double and three rbis.
